Each side is its own little home featuring a kitchen, living, bathroom and 2 rooms (queen in one and and 2 sets of bunks in the other).

Large outdoor patio with a spa, beautiful gardens and play equipment to keep the kids busy while you relax.

Short walk to the karri forest and Gloucester tree.

Close to town center and a short drive to plenty of family friendly attractions.

The property features a twin home with interconnecting doors.

On each side you have your own little house with a living, dining, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and 2 bedrooms. Includes an air con and fireplace in the living area as well as a smart tv with free access to Disney+, Netflix and Spotify. There is also a spa, the perfect way to warm up on those chilly days or for the kiddos to enjoy.

That's 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living/dining areas, and 4 bedrooms all up. Sleeps 12 comfortably. BEST SUITED TO 2 COUPLES AND UP TO 8 KIDS. Perfect for 2 families to have a holiday together. Dogs are welcome.

Slide open the interconnecting door and both families can mingle, close if you need some quiet time.

There are many wonderful attractions close by including the Gloucester Tree, the Bibulman Track, the Munda Bidi Trail as well as many bike tracks. There is also the natural Pemberton Pool (and a pump bike track) in town and a short drive away you will find find the Cascades, Beedelup Falls and The Southern Forests Chocolate Company.

The sheds, garage and garden with the grape vine are private property so please refrain from entering these areas.

There is an extensive garden with lots of flowers and as such bees and wasps. Please be very cautious and aware of this particularly if you have a bee allergy.

There are also quite a number of fruit trees in the garden. Feel free to pick what you can eat and enjoy.

Also good to note is that being close to the forest and having a large garden there will be bugs, cockroaches, flies, march flies, frogs, spiders etc. We get the pest control out regularly and do our best to keep them out of the house but they may occasionally get inside.

The spa is located outside of a bedroom window. When the pump is running you can hear it. It does turn off for most of the night and comes back on in the morning. If this bothers you, you can turn it off at the weatherproof power point near the end of the bamboo fencing. Please just make sure you turn it back on.
